It is easy to say the only good software code is code that works. This is a very simplistic view. Whilst it is true that many elegant and pure programming examples are in the domain it is equally true
that a lot of these are poor performers. It is also true that the celevere the coder is the less likely he, or she, will adhere to coding standards.
Good coding standards cover all aspects of the code.
Does it work?
Is it efficient?
Is it extensible?
Can it be maintained easily?
Is it documented well?
The Aardsoft consultancy can provide a service to Quality Assess any code in any of the common languages.
